- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

Ray, those pics of you in the red shorts working on your legs are awesome as always! Great to see that you care all about the overall look of you physique. Keep up the great work and I for one, appreciate you keeping us up to date on your progress. I've been following you for years now and I like what I've seen!
