- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

ray....dude. awesome muscle thickness and ripped as hell. the shape of your upper body with that V is quite a site. every shot I see you just keep getting sharper and sharper. nice job, man.
