- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

Great set of photos, Ray, especially this long after your competition at the end of May. The lat spread and back double show really complete development and great condition. The relaxed shots just emphasize that. Terrific work! Look forward to seeing you in another competition.
Geez that back, Ray. From shoulder to shoulder it's so striated. And from the top to the middle to the lower back the separation is amazing to look at. That takes work, dude. And you put it all together very nicely. Outstanding.
