- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

Beautiful as ever Ray !! You are the total package of good looks a killer body and a smile that would light up any room. Can we see more pics soon ? How about some of you with clothes, casual shots of you day by day. Take care and thanks for posting.
