- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

Great pics Ray. You look fabulous. Can you let us all know how well you did in the competition ? Also what class were you competing in ? Thanks for posting and I hope you do better and better with that awesome body of yours.
