- I'm born in 1983 and a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years now. Before I started bodybuilding I was into martial arts. I excelled in that but then I got the bite of the iron and that is my passion now. My stats are: Height: 5'10" or 177 cm. Weight: Ready for competition: 195 lbs or 88 kg. Off season: 220 lbs or 100 kg.

Really beautiful pics Ray. I'd love to see some color photos. Do you have any with you in clothes ? Bet you'd look really sexy in a suit or street clothes. Please keep posting new pics and also love to know your stats.
Is that Ray, or did aliens or mad scientists abduct him and attach his head to a massive, vascular bodybuilder's body? !!! Ray's growth recently has been off the charts. Arms, delts, back, legs, everything. The latest pics are leave one breathless. I said it before, he's no mortal he belongs on Olympus. Go, Ray, and keep up the pace. You are absolutely astounding and have a great future in bodybuilding. Keep getting bigger and bigger, but keep the sensible proportions! Yeah!

By the way,I think you did the metric conversion wrong. 177 cm is 5' 9.7" when I looked it up, almost 5'10", not 5'8". Looks like you just grew almost 2 inches. Do I get a reward for that?
